Book appointment
The purchase and contract processing are handled through CopeCart. CopeCart is the buyer’s contractual partner under the reseller model. The terms and conditions listed in the CopeCart checkout apply to cancellations, payment, and billing.
Appointment booking is handled separately from ticket purchases through Tucalendi. The contract is not finalized until the ticket is purchased through CopeCart.
You have two options:
- Book an appointment first, then buy the ticket. Your preferred appointment time is secured and reserved before you make the purchase.
- Or buy the ticket first and book an appointment later. This is handy if, for example, you want to give the ticket as a gift and don’t want to book an appointment right away.
I use tuclalendi to book appointments (privacy policy tucalendi).
